When Delta Faucet Company wanted to reinvent their online presence from the ground up, they came to Hanson. We dug in deep to understand their customers’ wants and needs, then developed an elegant and informative solution. New features like Filtering, Save and Compare, a “Find Your Perfect Faucet” Wizard and a drag-and-drop “My Projects” tool enhanced functionality. Hanson continued to monitor and test user experiences, and in November 2011 launched a redesign with a fresh look and even more functionality, including new navigation with shortcut links, and the options of browsing products by decorating styles and collections.
