Hanson's relationship with HCR (Toledo, OH) dates back to 1988 when the company was known as Health Care and Retirement Corporation. Today, HCR Manor Care operates more than 500 facilities, including skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, residential Alzheimer's care, and home health care and hospice offices. Hanson worked intensively with the company to develop a multi-media learning program to refresh and re-energize the Circle of Care® program attended by each of its nearly 50,000 employees.
