WIX Filters wanted to ensure customers had full access to its marketing support materials while reducing fulfillment costs. In addition, WIX wanted to reduce the time needed for call center staff to answer filter interchange requests.

Filter Look-up
An online filter look-up was created that allows users to input multiple filters at once. All data is collected and reported to WIX. A special report was created so WIX can act accordingly if there is no WIX filter match for a competitor.

Online Resource Ordering
A resource ordering tool allows users to order and/or download materials (POS, POP, sales collateral, etc.). Approvals are automatically routed to the appropriate manager.

Smart User Management System
A user management system allows WIX to track site usage, and deliver appropriate content to the appropriate personnel. District managers, regional managers and jobbers are given different levels of access.

Immediate Results
