He maintains client partnerships, oversees Hanson’s executive management team, and directs the company’s long-range vision. Steve is passionate about relationships, personally believing that sitting on the client’s side of the table creates empathy and that team collaboration is key to creating a successful brand. His 30-year career in communications and strategic planning runs the gamut from photojournalism and public relations to film and visual communication and sales promotions and digital marketing.

As VP for Experience Innovation at Hanson Inc., he combines his marketing, communications, and design background with 20 years of experience in the digital space to propel clients’ solutions to new levels of performance. His focus is on developing meaningful customer experiences that lead businesses to success with a design system approach.
